A considerable number of Dutch companies and entrepreneurs are active in Rwanda. Such companies drive sustainable private sector development by creating a significant number of jobs and by investing in the development of their employees. Moreover, many Dutch businesses are dedicated to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The contributions to e.g., education, health, and economic resilience of their employees and communities demonstrate how companies can contribute to sustainable development and Rwanda’s national development priorities.
The Responsible Business Conduct: Positive impacts of Dutch private sector partners in Rwanda Report was written by TRAIDE, with the support of the Royal Dutch Embassy in Kigali, Rwanda.
