The Investing in Rwanda report highlights the opportunities in Rwanda and discusses the business climate and government policies that favour investment in the country. Dutch businesses are generally very positive about investing and doing business in Rwanda. Furthermore, this report offers recommendations to mitigate challenges that have been experienced by the Dutch business community in Rwanda.
The Investing in Rwanda report was commissioned by TRAIDE Rwanda, a programme coordinated by Resilience Rwanda, on behalf of the Netherlands Embassy in Kigali. The report is based on interviews with Dutch investors involved in various economic sectors in Rwanda (April to September 2019).
